- ioscan –funC rac
- mc –p /dev/rac/cXtXdX –r DS
- mc –p /dev/rac/cXtXdX –s D1 –d S1 ( moved tape device to Slot from source Drive 1 and destination Slot 1)
- mc –p /dev/rac/cXtXdX –s s1 –d d1 ( moved tape device to Drive from source Slot 1 and destination Drive 1)
Stape & Schgr
For Control changer & Device tape need to enable stape module and require restart server after enable it
ใส่ device tape หรือ เรียกแขนกล ครั้งแรก ต้องไป enable stape module ก่อน ถ้าเห็น device ครั้งแรก แต่ต้อง reboot system
Control Tape device
--> check Status tape
mt –f /dev/rmt/Xmn status
--> rewind Tape
mt –f /dev/rmt/Xmn rew <number>
--> forward Tape
mt –f /dev/rmt/Xmn fsf <number>
