If install client for unix use <cdrom>/LOCAL_INSTALL/omniinstall.sh (Interactive mode install)

Install window client

Devices & media
Add Device

data format : data protector
--> scan device chain
--> add
--or --
autoconfig devices
--> scan
--> choose
--> finish
Add Media Pools
-->add
--> pool name :
--> media type :
--> valid for (36 Months) an Maximum overwrites(250 times)
Format tape
--> choose media pool from u create
--> specify : name for media
Add Backup
--> backup-->backup spectifications-->filesystem-->right click -->add backup-->blank template
- internal db
- file system
--> source
--> choose file system backup
--> destination
--> properties -->choose media pool
--> schedule
--> reset for clear
--> add (example ตี 5 monday of weeks and expire 1 week)
--> recurring for :1 weekly(period)
--> recurring options: Tue
--> time : 5AM
--> Backup protection=expire date (for recycle tape)
Install client
