Problem Job no longer in work process has 'Active' status and Program for periodic status query of jobs

Symptom
In Transaction SM37, a background job has the status 'active'. However, if
you use Transaction SM50 to check the corresponding background work
process, you see that the job is no longer running in the process.

Solution
For Manual
- sm37
- Call the function 'Check status' to correct the job's status

For Automatic create periodic jobs
- Check SP
